Delmas, June 23, 2020. The Charles, Nicolas, Chéry, Oupelle, Castor, Civil and Thomassin families (All from the deceased, Hortancia Charles) officially launched, on June 23, 2020, the Mant Otans Foundation (FOMO). A ceremony was organized, in this sense, in the premises of the said foundation in Delmas B1, in the presence of about twenty personalities including community leaders and notables.

Founded on April 29, 2020, the Mant Otans Foundation is a charitable, humanitarian, non-profit and apolitical organization. It was created with the aim of immortalizing Hortancia Charles and her works. And in fact, it brings together direct and indirect descendants of it, members of his family, friends and other Haitian and foreign citizens.
